RULES OF THE ROAD
Please remember that while riding in a large procession of motorcycles, a mistake made by one (1) can affect many others. A "one for all, all for one" mentality is vital for the safety of all.
DO NOT LEAVE THE PROCESSION - If you are having mechanical malfunction, are fatigued or need to make an emergency stop....signal to the rider to your right to gently slow down and allow you to move in front of him and then move to the RIGHT SIDE OF THE ROAD ONLY!
DO NOT STOP TO HELP A FRIEND OR OTHER RIDER - There are safety personnel and tow vehicles who will take care of those requiring assistance. Don't worry, we'll make sure your friends make the party! We have a trail vehicle, provided by Bergen County Harley Davidson that will asssist you or provide transportation for you and your vehicle back to the restaurant.
DO NOT PASS WHILE IN THE PROCESSION - There will be Motorcycle Police Officers escorting the procession using the lane to the left. It is very important that you stay in your lane, not only for your own protection and safety, but also that of the motor officer as they are passing a much higher rate of speed than that of the procession.
THERE WILL BE POLICE OFFICERS MONITORING THE PROCESSION. FOR THE SAFTETY OF ALL, THOSE CHOOSING NOT TO FOLLOW THE RULESWILL BE REQUIRED TO STOP AND LEAVE THE PROCESSION.
LET'S ALL HAVE A FUN AND SAFE RIDE!!!
